General Veterinary Technician Session: In this session, we will discuss immune mediated hemolytic anemia and immune mediated thrombocytopenia, and what happens when they occur together. We will discuss some common predispositions and treatments. We will also cover important nursing and client education considerations.

Ashley DiPrete

Ashley DiPrete, RVT, VTS (SAIM) is currently in the Oncology department at VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists in San Leandro, Ca. She attended the Veterinary Technology program at The College of Southern Nevada and received her Registered Veterinary Technician license in 2009. In 2016 she earned her Veterinary Technician Specialty certification in Small Animal Internal Medicine.
Her areas of special interest include the diagnostic process, emergency and critical care, pancreatic disorders and liver disorders. She also loves to teach and share her knowledge.
She is owned by two extraordinary kitties, Tito Bandito DiPrete-Ortiz and Vincenzo Stefano.
