There are a variety of reasons why bringing on a partner is a valuable strategic decision. This session will cover the benefits and pitfalls of bringing in a minority partner. We will discuss topics such as why, when and how much to sell as well as how partnership contributes to long-term succession planning. Both buyer and seller perspectives will be presented, though the seller's perspective will be prominent.
