The veterinary profession is at an important crossroads. It’s time to question some of the long-accepted workplace best practices that no longer serve us. There are better ways to work together. Notions of leadership are evolving and the design principles of "next-stage" organizations are becoming more and more recognized. In this session, a diverse team of VetPartners members will help you review the mindset required to redefine leadership as a collective capacity and look at what you can do to shift away from traditional patriarchal models. We’ll also provide an overview of several key principles involved in redesigning organizations and revitalizing workplaces to equip you to prepare your practice for a future of rapid change and uncertainty.
