For a veterinary business and practice to be successful, it is imperative to put together a strong team. Client service and patient care depend upon the leadership having the vision to get everybody on the team working towards a common goal. It depends upon communication at all levels-from the management to the team and between people on the team. With all the moving parts and complexity of a veterinary business to differentiate your practice and create a preferred place to work you have to have teamwork as one of the values. To accomplish your practice potential you need a team that works together as a team!
