For practices that do not currently utilizing a client satisfaction survey, they will learn what key questions to ask to measure satisfaction. In this session, practices will learn how to develop the perfect client satisfaction survey, how to interpret the results and how to develop an action plan. Finally, discover tools to get started with an online survey to get the best return rate.
