Continuation. Part 2 of 2. Veterinarians and the practice team are all familiar with the anatomy and physiology of their patients. But do they think of their business as a living breathing organism with systems and demands of its own? Most small business owners perceive themselves as the business. But they are not the business. They work for the business, like everyone else. This lecture will introduce an unfamiliar way for veterinary owners and their management team to view their business and adopt a systematized approach to operations.
