Have you dreamed of starting a "second career" but you still love owning a practice and being a veterinarian? Do you need less time at the office and more time at home with your family? Is it possible to be a successful owner on a part-time basis? This session will discuss the keys to maintaining a successful practice through clear leadership, effective delegation and a culture of team-based healthcare delivery. With the right system in place, you should be able to follow your new dreams without giving up your old ones!
