Discord strikes every veterinary practice at some point. When this discord is between partners or key practice members the standard resolution processes may not be appropriate. Mediation provides an opportunity for the involved parties to work out an acceptable solution, before the practice implodes upon itself. In this session participants will discuss how and when mediation may be appropriate in settling practice disputes and how to go about the process of finding a mediator and finding a solution.
