Saturday, November 3
8:30 AM - 9:15 AM
Location: W314, Orange County Convention Center

Topic(s): Injury

Baby boxes are becoming increasingly prevalent in the U.S. as an alternative to bassinets and cribs. Many health systems and communities have begun distribution programs in the hopes of reducing sleep-related infant deaths. This interactive session will engage participants in a lively review of the history of baby boxes, the current evidence, and discussion about the pediatrician’s role in providing guidance to parents and caregivers regarding use of these boxes.
