Topic(s): Community Pediatrics

Information about the Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) program and a pilot program called CATCH On will be reviewed. Projects that focus on the opioid epidemic and gun violence will be highlighted. Faculty will discuss how attendees can tackle similar health issues in their own communities. Participants will break up into small groups to learn about community project planning tools and resources. In addition, strategies on how to collaborate with community leaders, convince decision-makers to act, and facilitate innovative solutions will be shared.
