The program will begin with scientific abstract presentations and poster viewing. The afternoon panel session will focus on the use of electronic health records and other health information technology tools/platforms in population health management. The landscape of patient care and billing is evolving to focus on the provision of high-value care to populations. Panel presentations and discussion will focus on defining population health, identifying populations that matter, and implementing metrics that work for patients and the care team.
