Faculty will discuss common presentations leading to uncommon diagnoses through clinical examples, differential diagnosis, and subtle clues in the clinical history and neurologic exam that may assist the clinician. General topics including headaches, dimples, macrocrania, and low back pain will lead the discussion on sinus disease, pseudotumor cerebri, brain tumors, coccygeal pits, tethered cord syndrome, and hydrocephalus. General management guidelines will be offered for each condition.
