F2032 Interlabial Masses
Sunday, November 4
8:30 AM - 9:15 AM
Location: W311GH, Orange County Convention Center
Pediatric urologic concerns in prepubertal girls often are underappreciated, and many pediatricians are less comfortable or familiar with disease conditions, congenital anomalies, and normal variations (eg, urethral prolapse, ureterocele prolapse, labial adhesion, sarcoma botryoides, imperforate hymen). Although most lesions are benign, accurate diagnosis will allow prompt treatment for the more serious conditions. Faculty will review common and uncommon conditions, anomalies, and variations of the external genitalia in prepubertal girls that the general pediatrician might encounter.
