Quality Metrics from the ED to the Inpatient Unit and Creating Value for the Patient Experience
The Sections on Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine have teamed up with the Council on Quality Improvement and Patient Safety to deliver a unique view of how patient safety and care improvement affect all providers from the emergency department to the inpatient unit. Looking at metrics and patient experience will provide tools and techniques for participants to begin to apply or continue to implement quality improvement and patient safety efforts in their unique environments.
