Common signs and symptoms of an acute or chronic overuse knee injury will be reviewed. Faculty will discuss key history, mechanism of injury, and physical examination findings that indicate less common but often more serious injuries that must be identified to avoid delays in diagnosis and complications. Practical guidance on immobilization, symptom control, active rehabilitation, and common reasons why knee injuries fail to improve will be provided.
