Gamification applies the concepts of game playing (scoring points, earning badges) to encourage engagement with a service. By applying gamification to your pediatric practice, you undoubtedly will improve the quality of your care, increase your enjoyment of the practice, and ultimately focus on driving your patients to demand clinical services that are important to them and your practice. Particular focus will be on practical and proven examples of gamification techniques that can be used in nearly every pediatric practice to better engage patients on the subject of their own health care.
