Illustrative cases will be presented highlighting the role of primary care pediatricians in caring for patients with food allergies and anaphylaxis management. Successful management scenarios in diverse practice settings across the U.S. will be presented, while advancing the principles of the medical home. Attendees will learn how to provide comprehensive team-based, family-centered care, as well as how to co-manage patient care with subspecialists.
