Take Evaluation ViewAbstracts

This session will review a developmental assessment process that follows a traditional medical model of taking a comprehensive history (developmental history) and confirming the history with a standardized examination (developmental evaluation) to make a (developmental) diagnosis. Faculty will review standardized developmental evaluation instruments that can be used by pediatricians, followed by case examples and hands-on practice using these instruments. This session will conclude with a review of the requirements for using CPT code 96111 for extended developmental testing in the primary care office.
