Registration Includes:

     All live education sessions Thursday through Sunday (except the "add-on" sessions).

     Access to eight On-Demand sessions prior to the conference. Earn additional credits for participating in these sessions.

     Access to the e-Poster session, including the live "meet the presenting authors" session on Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 PM.

     Access to all electronic session handouts.

     Access to the virtual exhibit hall Thursday though Sunday, including live networking video chats with representatives and the Expedition AMDA prize hunt.

     Access to all the conference session recordings post-conference; including nearly 90 hours of CME/CMD/MOC credits, for up to 3 years.

Cancellation Policy

Please review the cancellation policy prior to registering. 

Interdisciplinary Team Discount

Register three members of the disciplinary team from the same facility and receive a discount of $50 per registration.  A registration form for each person must be completed and all three must be submitted together to be eligible. Discount is not applicable to already discounted registrations (IE student rate or speaker rate) or to previously purchased registrations.
